Orders ship from our Philadelphia, PA facility via FedEx and UPS — the same carriers we use for live fish. Perishable items such as live foods and starter cultures are sent overnight so they arrive fresh, typically within 16-24 hours of dispatch. We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit holds.
