Perishable items such as live foods and starter cultures are sent overnight so they arrive fresh, typically within 16-24 hours of dispatch. We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit holds.
Does the Live Arrival Guarantee apply to this product?
Our Live Arrival Guarantee covers live fish only. Foods, live cultures, plants, supplies, and other non-fish products are not covered by the Live Arrival Guarantee. Live cultures are perishable and ship at the buyer's risk, so please arrange to receive and unpack your order promptly on the delivery date.
